Sajaa Pickup Rental · Customer guidance

Prepare before the truck arrives
Empty furniture and remove loose accessories that may shift during transport. Identify fragile surfaces, glass and protruding handles. Use packaging appropriate to the material rather than applying tape directly to finished surfaces. Ask the moving team about the protection needed for each item and who will supply it.
Keep components together
Label dismantled sections and their fittings. Put screws and brackets in a closed bag marked with the furniture name. Photograph assembly details before taking anything apart. A chair leg or bed fitting is easy to lose among cartons; an organised parts system makes receiving and reassembly simpler.
Agree vehicle protection
Confirm whether the assigned truck is open or enclosed. Discuss weather exposure and the protection your load requires. Do not assume a cover, blankets or wrapping are included because a truck is being supplied. The loading team should decide how to secure the furniture without damaging its surfaces.
Check on collection and delivery
Keep an inventory and note existing damage before loading. At delivery, check items against the list before discarding packaging. Ask about responsibility and any applicable coverage before booking rather than relying on an unverified insurance claim. Clear preparation and an agreed scope are more useful than a general assurance.
