Sajaa Pickup Rental · Customer guidance
Read the manufacturer guidance
Different appliances have different transport instructions. Consult the manual for orientation, transit fittings and restart guidance. Do not apply a generic waiting period or transport rule to every refrigerator or washing machine. If the manual is unavailable, seek advice from the manufacturer or an appropriate technician before moving.
Arrange safe disconnection
Have electrical, water or gas connections handled by the appropriate person. Drain and clean appliances as instructed, secure loose shelves and contain cables without damaging them. A transport booking should not be assumed to include technical disconnection or installation. Agree those responsibilities separately.
Measure the access route
Record the appliance dimensions and weight from reliable information where possible. Check doors, lift openings and stair access at both properties. Tell the transport team about stairs and long carries. Large appliances may need additional handling assistance or equipment even when there is enough space in the truck.
Coordinate installation at delivery
Identify where the appliance will be placed and ensure access is clear. Keep manuals, transit parts and fittings together. Use the manufacturer’s instructions for reconnecting and restarting, and arrange a technician when required. Confirm the handling scope before the move instead of expecting the driver to solve installation problems.
