Sajaa Pickup Rental · Customer guidance
A brand is not a specification
UD identifies the truck brand shown in the fleet listing; it does not establish the model, payload or dimensions of an assigned vehicle. Ask for the actual truck details before planning your load. Avoid using specifications from an unrelated internet listing, because vehicles from the same manufacturer can differ substantially.
Describe your commercial load
Prepare an inventory of furniture, fixtures, cartons and equipment. Note weights, long pieces and items that cannot be stacked. Share collection and delivery access conditions. A business move may combine dense equipment with bulky stock, so both load space and legal payload need separate checks.
Check the body and protection
Ask whether the assigned body is open or enclosed and how your goods will be protected. Confirm tie-down and handling arrangements with the transport team. Fragile screens, polished furniture and paperwork may need different packaging. Do not assume the vehicle shown in a photograph establishes every feature available for your date.
Book the complete arrangement
Confirm the vehicle, driver, assistance and receiving window as one job. Ask about waiting and additional stops before agreeing the quote. If equipment requires disconnection or installation, arrange the specialist separately. The brand can help identify a truck, but your load and route determine whether it is appropriate.
Your pre-booking checklist
- Actual model and payload
- Usable cargo dimensions
- Body configuration
- Handling and waiting arrangements
General planning guidance, not a vehicle specification or specialist lifting instruction. Confirm the assigned truck and job requirements before booking.
