Sajaa Pickup Rental · Customer guidance

Confirm what the designation means
A “6 meter pickup” listing does not provide a complete specification sheet. Ask the business to confirm the usable bed length, width and height for the assigned truck. Do not assume the listed designation is a precise internal measurement or a statement of payload. The actual load area matters more than the name.
Measure the longest pieces
Beds, tables and cabinets may have removable components. Measure them in the condition in which they will travel, and identify items that must remain upright. Allow for wrapping and restraints. Send photographs that show the full piece, not only a close-up, and explain any glass, delicate surfaces or loose parts.
Think beyond the truck bed
The pickup and destination need enough space for loading. A long item must also pass through doors, corridors and lifts. Measure these bottlenecks in advance. Ask whether building management requires a lift reservation or designated moving window. Truck space will not solve an access problem inside the property.
Agree the handling plan
Clarify who will dismantle furniture, wrap it and carry it to the truck. Keep screws and fittings labelled by item. Ask whether the assigned vehicle’s body is suitable for your protection needs. Only confirm the booking after the measurements, weights and handling requirements have been reviewed together.
Your pre-booking checklist
- Usable bed dimensions
- Longest item measurement
- Door and lift clearance
- Wrapping and handling scope
General planning guidance, not a vehicle specification or specialist lifting instruction. Confirm the assigned truck and job requirements before booking.
