Sajaa Pickup Rental · Customer guidance

Separate the categories
Create separate inventories for saleable stock, furniture, shelving and operating equipment. Identify fragile displays and pieces that must be dismantled. This prevents a quote based on cartons alone from overlooking heavy fixtures. Decide what needs to arrive first at the new premises and label it clearly.
Arrange specialist work
Electrical disconnection, signage removal and fixed-equipment installation may require the appropriate trades. Confirm these arrangements separately from transport and general loading help. Do not assume a truck driver can remove fittings or reconnect equipment. Keep loose hardware labelled and store installation instructions with the relevant item.
Check access and storage space
Review both shop entrances, loading positions and any building restrictions. At the new unit, mark areas for incoming stock so fixtures can be positioned without repeated handling. Give the receiving team an inventory and unloading sequence. Discuss any need for additional stops or temporary storage before agreeing the route.
Reconcile before reopening
Check delivered goods and fixtures against the lists. Record missing or damaged items and retain relevant packaging. Confirm that essential equipment has been installed by the responsible specialists before use. A clear reopening plan should cover business operations as well as the physical delivery, rather than treating truck arrival as the final step.
